I want to request size exchange
We offer first-time buyers 30 days of free size exchanges!
- Contact us to request size exchanges within 72 hours via Live Chat or leave a message at contact us page after the shoes are delivered.
- A SF Express Waybill will be sent to you by email.
- Go to SF Express, use the waybill and ship the shoes with the original packing.
- We will check the shoes and ship the new shoes to you.
Exchanges are only applicable if the product is in its original, unused condition. Please keep the shoes clean during the fitting. Except for the traces of trying on, the shoes must not show any signs of wear, including creases, scuffs, or other marks on the leather, soles, or insoles.
I want to visit your physical store
