I want to request size exchange

We offer first-time buyers 30 days of free size exchanges! 

  1. Contact us to request size exchanges within 72 hours via Live Chat or leave a message at contact us page after the shoes are delivered.
  2. A QR code of SF Express Waybill will be sent to you by email.
  3. Go to SF Express, use the QR code, and ship the shoes with the original packing.
  4. We will check the shoes and ship the new shoes to you.

Exchanges are only applicable if the product is in its original, unused condition. Please keep the shoes clean during the fitting. Except for the traces of trying on, the shoes must not show any signs of wear, including creases, scuffs, or other marks on the leather, soles, or insoles.

I want to visit your physical store

We currently do not have a physical store, but we hope to open one or at least a showroom in the future to connect with you in person. Thank you for your continued support, and we are excited to grow into a well-known brand in Hong Kong!

I want to cancel my order

We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order. Please note, if your order has been prepared for shipment, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. If your order has not been prepared for shipment, you can cancel your order as follows:

  1. Login to your account.
  2. Go to the My Orders page.
  3. Find the order you want to cancel and note the order number.
  4. Use below form to leave a message to our customer service.
