At EVOD Men's Shoes, we want you to step out with confidence. If the fit or style isn't quite right, we offer clear and hassle-free returns and size exchanges.

7-Day Return & Exchange Window

  • Hong Kong & Macau: We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a size exchange or return.
  • Taiwan & Other Regions: Please contact us via Live Chat or email for personalized return or exchange assistance.

First-Time Free Size Exchange

To ensure you get the perfect fit with zero risk:

  1. Eligibility: First-time buyers enjoy 1 free size exchange on their first order.
  2. How It Works:
    • Contact us via Live Chat or email (evod@evodshoes.com) within 7 days of delivery.
    • We will issue an SF Express shipping waybill via email.
    • Pack the shoes in their original box and hand them to SF Express.
    • Once we receive and inspect the pair, we will ship your new size to you free of charge.

Standard Return & Refund Policy

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  1. Conditions: Items must be in brand new, unworn condition, with no leather creases or dirty soles, and returned in their original shoe box with all tags attached.
  2. Return Process:
    • Contact our support team to request a Return Authorization.
    • Ship the item back to our Hong Kong warehouse:

Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Final Sale Items: Products explicitly marked as "Final Sale" or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Condition Exclusions: Shoes showing visible signs of wear, outdoor usage, creased vamps, or missing original packaging are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Orders: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can correct it at zero extra cost to you.
